It does carry the weight of the truth in Isaiah 64:6, but is also personal with me. In Mexico City there is a slanderous word they use for the Director of our children's home, Dr. Leonardo Rivas, which means, "one who picks up trash in the streets and brings it home." Dr. Rivas couldn't find a church for 2 years that would let him attend with his rescued children. The Title comes from my perception of how the Jews (and some religious Christians) viewed the effects of the ministries of Jesus and Paul (and those who carry on their ministry today). I have more to say on this subject in some future posts.
